A. C.Bradbury Ranch/Auburn Hills·2+ weeks agoDoes anyone have experience with buying, installation and/or warranty issues with Home Depot for an appliance, specifically a dishwasher? I have extensively researched the dishwasher so I am set on that, just where to buy. Right now the best price for the dishwasher I want is at Home Depot but I don’t want to go with them if it means problems if I need repairs or with inexperienced installation technicians. My other option is ordering directly from the manufacturer with their technician installing. Positive and negative experiences regarding Home Depot appreciated. Thank you!1Like16

DOUGLAS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE2+ weeks agoAgencyTwo in Custody After Early Morning Burglaries. On Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at about 3:18 am, Douglas County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a business alarm at Sedalia Liquors at 5587 N. Hwy 85. While en route, a deputy saw a blue Ford F-250 leave the Conoco at Happy Canyon and Hwy 85 at a high rate of speed. The deputy attempted a traffic stop, but the vehicle failed to stop. There appeared to be two occupants inside the vehicle. The driver continued onto Castle Rock Parkway into the Meadows subdivision. The vehicle, confirmed to be stolen from Denver, was located abandoned but still running. A gun was found on the ground next to the vehicle. Deputies observed tracks leading from the vehicle into the field toward some buildings on the Waverton Ranch property. A Code Red emergency notification was sent to an area in the Meadows subdivision to notify residents of the police activity. A perimeter was set up, and a drone flown by the Castle Rock Police Department was used. Two suspects were spotted in the area of the outbuildings. SWAT and a DCSO K9 team were called in and began to search each building. Around 7:30 am, both suspects were taken into custody without incident. It was determined that both Sedalia Liquors and the Conoco at 886 W. Happy Canyon Road were burglarized. It also appears that one of the suspects was armed with a gun during the burglary of Sedalia Liquors. The suspects, one adult male, and one juvenile male, face several charges, including burglary, eluding, and motor vehicle theft. This is still an open investigation, and more information may be released when it becomes available.549Like163
